As a Security Guard at Gosford RSL Club, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our club, our motels and our customers. This position requires someone that is committed to providing excellent customer service, while also maintaining a vigilant and proactive presence to prevent any security issues.
Working in the Security team will require but is not limited to;
- Conducting regular security patrols of the club and motels to deter and detects and security threats
- Respond to alarm activations
- Provide escorts if required
- Respond to guest complaints
- Provide guest services as required
- Removal of patrons if required
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring compliance with RSA an RCG regulations
- Ensuring compliance with the Registered Clubs Act
- General reporting and administrative tasks
We have full time and part time opportunities available. You will work across the club and motels with shifts either being overnight or afternoon into late night generally across peak trading days Wednesday - Sunday.
