Job Description
As a valued part of our kitchen team, you will:
Prepare and present high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations
Collaborate with the team on daily service and menu development
Contribute to seasonal specials, themed menus and events
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
Support a positive and respectful kitchen culture
Desired Skills and Experience
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
Is flexible and available across breakfast, lunch and dinner services
Stays calm under pressure and works well in a team
Has strong food safety knowledge and kitchen hygiene practices
Has strong availability to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays
