Job Description
As a valued part of our kitchen team, you will:
Prepare and present high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations
Collaborate with the team on daily service and menu development
Contribute to seasonal specials and menus
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
Support a positive and respectful kitchen culture
Desired Skills and Experience
What we need from you;
Experience in Asian cookery - our customers love the authentic Asian experience we are able to offer
Ability to work alongside our team of chefs and front of house staff – We have a large team and it’s getting bigger. We need someone that can work with others.
It's crucial for you to be able to stay calm and focused through busy service periods
Effective communication skills - You need to be able to communicate with the rest of the team daily
Time management - It's busy!!
Organisational skills - You need to be able to hit the ground running and have the ability to ensure smooth service periods are achieved
