Job Description
What you will be doing:
Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of our experienced chefs
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace
Learn and apply safe food handling and hygiene practices
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy periods
Participate in menu development and creative culinary projects
Embrace the opportunity for career progression within the culinary field

What you will bring:

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

A key part of your learning and development is the requirement to attend TAFE (Ourimbah Campus) one day per week.
We are a Club that operates all year round, nights, weekends and public holidays will be a requirement of this position
